Sandro Azzopardi, fourth descendant of a
family of jewellers with over 28 years
experience in the industry, is celebrating
10 years since going into business
independently.
With the same vision which inspired him to
open the first designer boutique 10 years
ago, Sandro now introduces an innovative
‘Jewellery as Art’ concept. Throughout the
past years, Sandro has designed individual
pieces for clients who desire unique items
made specifically to suit their tastes and
needs. |

This has led to the creation of a signature
line of individual pieces now available at
the Sandro Azzopardi Gioielleria boutique in
Sliema. The new creations play on the use of
bold colours to bring alive the unique
design of the highly individual pieces.
To realise this new concept, Sandro
Azzopardi, as the Main Designer, has
recruited as part of the team the highly
talented local artist Yasmin Modi in the
role of Art Director; amalgamated with
Edward Meliksetyan as Master Goldsmith;
Stefano Polizzi as Master Gem Setter and
Johnny Schembri as Master Engraver. Together
with the administrative and sales team
working at the boutique, they are creating a
totally new dimension of jewellery. Photos
